Kids Summer Camps has now gone form the usual horseback riding summer camps to providing care to children. Michigan State University has opened its 2nd annual summer camp for foster students. The camp will be tackling issues to ready teens for university life. They wanted to ready these teens so that they will know what they will be facing when they enroll themselves into colleges. Knowing once adversaries will make them prepare for it thus finished college.

While in Oklahoma, an Oklahoma Firefighter Burn Camp starts camp from August 12 to 16 and welcomed kids who have suffered a traumatic experienced and scars were left; they will have a five summer day camps.
The idea of the Oklahoma Firefighters Burn Camp is to treat kids to various places of interest in Oklahoma and visit Lake Hudson for a day’s camping. An outdoor experience was also scheduled at Lake Texoma which offer 100 kids a chance to laugh and enjoy activities like boating and outdoor games.
I do believe that summer camps have revolved into a more meaningful niche in helping heal the human soul if not the physical body. Even with the recession summer camps 2009 is thriving and very successful. Summer camps destinations are very popular especially for summer camps teens. Now, summer camps are not only games, camping and surviving in the wilds but it could also mean healing, giving and sharing one experience.
