If you tend to send your kids to a summer camp, she would probably become a positive role model. Your daughter or son that you have known as kids before could be a counselor to a summer camp when you let them also join on the said program. As young as 18 years of age, your child could probably manage to train kids under 5 years to 13. Sounds amazing? It could be real, if you will give them the chance to participate and be active on the said program. Your kids are not only a part on the summer camp activities, but they could be part on the summer camp program.

With the summer camp program, it would help your kids to learn how to take risks. If your child is too timid, that even speaking to the public is hard for her/him to manage; at the summer camp program your kids will learn how to grab a rope and swing. Your kids will learn how to speak in front of the public without the fear on their eyes with all the confidence you did never expecting. This could be impossible for parents to believe, but letting your kids to join on the said program is a good idea to let them go out from their shell and to share their hidden talents or abilities.
